VISITOR & PICKUP POLICY

Our Policies

Visitor Policy

The health of our dogs and puppies is important to us so we take every precaution to protect them. Unfortunately, young puppies don’t have fully developed immune systems and are susceptible to life threatening illnesses, including Parvo.

When diseases like Parvo strike, they can kill a whole litter very quickly. Disease germs can be carries on people’s clothing and shoes and even your car tires. For this reason, we ask that you “visit” them through the periodic videos and photos I send. Thank you for understanding!

Pick-Up Policy

Pickup times can be scheduled after, I take the pups to the vet for their health checks and shots.

Puppies are very vulnerable when they are young and can pick up diseases very easily. Because of this, we ask the following:

  • Please do not visit other litters on the same day that you pickup your puppy
  • Please do not go places where there may have been dogs who you don’t know (pet stores, parks, rest areas, vet clinics, etc.)
  • Finally, please don’t bring anyone to the pickup except those in your immediate family (spouses, children, significant other, etc.)

If there are any scheduling conflicts and you are unable to take your puppy home at that time, please let me know ahead of time so we can schedule arrangements as quickly as possible. Any puppy needing to stay longer than 8 weeks of age will be required to pay a boarding fee.

Take Home Day!
